Keeping Everyone Safe on the Pitch.
We are all dog lovers here at Ross Rugby Club and appreciate your furry friends are a huge part of family life but unfortunately, we need to keep our grounds as safe as possible for our players and visitors.
Toxocariasis can be spread to people through contact with the faeces of dogs and with so many people using the grounds we have a clear no dog policy in place for the protection of everyone.
We understand that there will be occasions when having your furry companion with you is unavoidable but, in these instances, we kindly request that they remain in your vehicle within the car park.
There is a public footpath that runs the perimeter of the field, offering lovely walks down to the river which can be accessed via the entrance gate to the club should they need to stretch their legs.
Our no dog policy extends to all areas of the club including the clubhouse and balcony.
