Our U12s Rugby Team is all about developing young players in a fun, supportive, and inclusive environment.
At this stage, the focus is on building core rugby skills, understanding the game, and nurturing a love for teamwork.
Players learn the fundamentals of passing, tackling, positioning, and game awareness, while also improving their fitness, agility, and decision-making. We encourage every child to try different positions so they can discover their strengths and enjoy the full experience of the sport.

Training and matches:
Training sessions are designed to be fun, energetic, and engaging, with plenty of game-based activities. Matches are played with modified rules to ensure safety and enjoyment, while still giving players a taste of competitive rugby. No experience is needed—just enthusiasm and a willingness to give it a go!
